
IAM Program Security Manager

- Develop and implement comprehensive identity and access management (IAM) strategies to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee all aspects of the IAM program, including identity and access governance, privileged access management, and identity lifecycle management.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security threats and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement security best practices and standards.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of the IAM program, including key performance indicators and potential risks.
- Manage and mentor a team of security professionals to ensure the effective execution of security initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies related to IAM and make recommendations for their implementation.
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique security requirements and develop customized solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance the company's security capabilities.
- Participate in incident response and remediation efforts, as needed.
- Ensure that all security processes and procedures are documented and regularly reviewed for effectiveness.
- Continuously monitor and assess the IAM program to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on all aspects of IAM and provide guidance and support to internal teams and clients.
- Lead training and awareness initiatives to educate employees and clients on information security best practices.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security policies, and ensure that the team does the same.
Job Qualifications
Extensive Experience In Information Security: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Information Security, With A Focus On Identity And Access Management (Iam). This Should Include Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Managing Iam Programs.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Iam Technologies: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Various Iam Technologies, Such As Identity Governance, Access Management, And Privileged Access Management. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing And Managing These Technologies In A Complex Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements Related To Iam, Such As Gdpr, Pci-Dss, And Hipaa. They Should Also Have Experience In Ensuring Compliance With These Regulations Through The Implementation Of Appropriate Iam Controls.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: The Iam Program Security Manager Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Security Professionals And Collaborating With Various Stakeholders Across The Organization. Therefore, Strong Communication And Leadership Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
Project Management Experience: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing Complex Projects Related To Iam, Including Planning, Resource Management, And Budgeting. They Should Also Have A Track Record Of Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.
