IAM Program Security Manager

1. Develop and implement comprehensive identity and access management (IAM) strategies to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
2. Oversee all aspects of the IAM program, including identity and access governance, privileged access management, and identity lifecycle management.
3. Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security threats and develop mitigation strategies.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement security best practices and standards.
5. Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of the IAM program, including key performance indicators and potential risks.
6. Manage and mentor a team of security professionals to ensure the effective execution of security initiatives.
7. Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies related to IAM and make recommendations for their implementation.
8. Work closely with clients to understand their unique security requirements and develop customized solutions to meet their needs.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance the company's security capabilities.
10. Participate in incident response and remediation efforts, as needed.
11. Ensure that all security processes and procedures are documented and regularly reviewed for effectiveness.
12. Continuously monitor and assess the IAM program to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
13. Serve as a subject matter expert on all aspects of IAM and provide guidance and support to internal teams and clients.
14. Lead training and awareness initiatives to educate employees and clients on information security best practices.
15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security policies, and ensure that the team does the same.
