- Manage the successful delivery of projects and services to clients, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for all delivery-related matters
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables align with client expectations and business objectives
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to clients on project progress, risks, and issues
- Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery or client satisfaction

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Account Management Or Project Management In The It Industry.
Strong Understanding Of It Services And Solutions, Including Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, And Digital Transformation.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large And Complex Accounts, Including Developing And Maintaining Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Results.
