  1. Lead and manage the Third Party Retail Onboarding team to ensure successful integration of new retail partners into Delta Air Lines' system.
  2. Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets for the onboarding process.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of new integrations.
  4. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during the onboarding process.
  5. Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  6. Use technical expertise to evaluate and recommend solutions for integrating with third party retail partners.
  7. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
  8. Manage vendor relationships and contracts, negotiating terms and ensuring compliance.
  9. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to third party retail integrations and make recommendations for implementation.
  11. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  12. Adhere to Delta Air Lines' project management standards and processes to ensure consistency and quality.
