
Senior Product Manager, Retail Platform Quality and Reliability

- Develop and maintain a product roadmap for the retail platform, outlining key initiatives and timelines to ensure the continuous improvement of its quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer service, to understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and customer preferences, and use this information to drive product enhancements and improvements.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the retail platform and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and design to launch and post-launch support.
- Work closely with the engineering team to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that all features and enhancements are delivered on time and within budget.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or defects in the retail platform, working with the appropriate teams to implement solutions and prevent future occurrences.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovations.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to address any customer concerns related to the retail platform and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Stay informed of industry and technology advancements, and use this knowledge to continuously enhance the quality and reliability of the retail platform.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior product managers, sharing best practices and helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Communicate product updates, enhancements, and improvements to internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring a clear understanding of the value and benefits of the retail platform.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Engineering, Or Computer Science.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Focus On Retail Platforms And Customer-Facing Technology.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing High-Quality, Reliable Products In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Retail Industry Trends And Customer Needs, With The Ability To Translate These Insights Into Innovative Product Strategies.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
