Program Manager - Reliability Programs

In this role, the Program Manager of Reliability Programs is responsible for the development of strategic data driven solutions in support of Delta’s Reliability Program Document (TOPP 20-40-05) and any FAA reportable documentation for reliability programs and component reliability. Ensures timely publication of all mandated reporting for Reliability Programs as outlined in TOPP 20-60-45 Monitors and manages the procedures and processes overseeing the Component Reliability Monitoring program and Component Alert process as outlined in TOPP 20-40-25 and 20-40-50, respectively. Maintain and audit the policies and procedures of the ODI program in accordance with TOPP 20-40-40. Responsible for working closely with internal and external customers concerning business processes related to the Reliability Program.
