Program Manager, Line Maintenance Quality Assurance

As a member of the Line Quality Assurance (LQA) team, the Program Manager is responsible for performing quality system audits/evaluations for Line Maintenance stations as part of Delta's Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS) required by FAR 121.373. Major activities include monitoring adherence to company policies/procedures, Federal Aviation Regulations and industry standards, the identification of quality escapes, and the coordination of follow up activities associated with corrective actions. These activities are extended to Line Maintenance Contract stations and Line Maintenance Providers, On-Call providers, Cabin, Wifi, and IFE providers. Other activities may include performing quality investigations, human factors analysis and reporting, and coordinating quality improvement activities.
