- Develop and execute product strategy for the Core Ticketing team, in alignment with Delta Air Lines' overall business goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements and improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define and prioritize product features and updates.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and project plans to drive product development and delivery.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.
- Monitor and analyze user feedback, customer support inquiries, and other data sources to identify areas for improvement and address any product issues or concerns.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor offerings to inform product decisions and strategies.
- Work closely with airline partners and stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into product development.
- Manage product budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Train and educate internal teams on product features and updates to ensure consistent understanding and adoption.
Strong Knowledge Of The Airline Industry: A Product Manager For Delta Air Lines' Core Ticketing Division Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Airline Industry, Including Market Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Regulations.
Experience In Product Management: Candidates Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Airline Or Travel Industry. They Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products Through Their Lifecycle.
