  1. Develop and implement the company's health analytics strategy, in alignment with the overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of health analytics and data engineering professionals, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure their success.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, marketing, and operations, to identify and address data needs and opportunities.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in health analytics and data engineering, and make recommendations for incorporating new technologies and processes into the company's strategy.
  5. Drive the collection, organization, and analysis of healthcare data, including claims data, electronic health records, and population health data.
  6. Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance with regulations.
  7. Utilize data visualization tools and techniques to present data insights to key stakeholders and help inform decision-making.
  8. Monitor and track key performance indicators and metrics related to health analytics, and make data-driven recommendations for improving business operations.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members.
  10. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the health analytics and data engineering team.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert and represent the company's health analytics and data engineering capabilities to clients, partners, and industry peers.
  12. Develop and manage budgets and resource allocations for the health analytics and data engineering team.
  13. Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues related to data management and analytics.
  14. Stay informed on industry regulations and compliance requirements, and ensure the company's health analytics practices are in line with these standards.
  15. Work closely with senior leadership to develop long-term health analytics and data engineering strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Data Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Data Engineering, Analytics, Or A Similar Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Database Management Systems And Data Warehousing.

  • Experience With Healthcare Data And Analytics, Including Electronic Health Records (Ehr).

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
