- Develop and implement financial programs and initiatives within the TechOps division, in alignment with Delta's overall financial goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive financial success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Engineering, and IT, to ensure alignment of financial programs with operational goals and objectives.
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support decision making and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Manage budgeting and financial planning processes for the TechOps division, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring financial considerations are taken into account throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to effectively communicate financial performance and drive alignment on strategic initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in finance and project management, and continuously identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the TechOps Finance team.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies, and maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Finance Or Accounting, Preferably In A Tech-Focused Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Analysis And Forecasting Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
