  1. Plan and execute high-quality corporate events that align with Deloitte's brand and business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event goals and objectives, and develop event plans accordingly.
  3. Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  4. Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure all event logistics are properly executed, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual needs, transportation, and accommodations.
  5. Develop event timelines and oversee event set-up and breakdown.
  6. Manage event registration, communication, and attendee lists.
  7. Utilize creative thinking to develop unique and engaging event concepts and experiences.
  8. Source and manage external vendors, and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
  9. Communicate event details and updates to internal stakeholders and external attendees.
  10. Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to measure event success and identify areas for improvement.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in event planning to continuously enhance event experiences.
  12. Mentor and provide guidance to junior event planning staff.
  13. Ensure that all events are compliant with company policies and procedures.
  14. Travel to event locations, as needed, to oversee event execution and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  15. Represent Deloitte in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Vendors, And Team Members.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Events Simultaneously And Meet Tight Deadlines.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Event Planning And Coordination, With At Least 2 Years In A Senior Or Leadership Role.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Event Execution, Including Large-Scale Conferences, Corporate Events, And Client-Facing Events.
