Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for creating memorable events? Look no further! Deloitte is seeking a Senior Event Planner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to plan and execute a wide range of corporate events, from intimate networking sessions to large-scale conferences. As a Senior Event Planner, you will play a critical role in enhancing the Deloitte brand and creating exceptional experiences for our clients and employees. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successful event planning.   1. Plan and coordinate a variety of corporate events, including networking sessions, conferences, and other special events.
  2. Develop event concepts and themes that align with the Deloitte brand and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event goals and ensure all events meet company standards.
  4. Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and track expenses to ensure cost-effective event planning.
  5. Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, décor, audio-visual equipment, and guest accommodations.
  6. Recruit and manage event staff, including vendors, contractors, and volunteers.
  7. Develop and implement event timelines and schedules to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently.
  8. Communicate event details and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Evaluate and analyze event success and provide recommendations for improvement.
  10. Maintain relationships with event sponsors, partners, and other key stakeholders.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event planning processes.
  12. Serve as a point of contact for event-related inquiries and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  13. Lead and mentor junior event planning team members.
  14. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  15. Uphold a high level of professionalism and represent the Deloitte brand at all events.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Event Planning Experience: A Minimum Of 7 Years Of Demonstrated Experience In Planning And Executing Large-Scale Events, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: Proven Ability To Manage Multiple Events Simultaneously, Create And Adhere To Timelines, And Effectively Delegate Tasks To Team Members.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Ability To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Vendors, And Team Members At All Levels, And Build Strong Relationships To Ensure Successful Event Execution.

  • Budget Management Expertise: Experience In Creating And Managing Event Budgets, Negotiating With Vendors, And Tracking Expenses To Ensure Events Are Delivered Within Budget.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability To Think Creatively And Strategically To Develop Innovative Event Concepts And Solutions, As Well As Handle Any Unexpected Challenges That May Arise During The Planning Process Or Event Execution.
