  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive event sales and meet revenue targets.
  2. Create and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients through effective communication and networking.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and drive attendance.
  4. Plan and execute events according to client specifications and company standards.
  5. Manage event budgets and ensure profitability for the company.
  6. Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure smooth execution of events.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and competition to continuously improve event offerings.
  9. Maintain accurate records and reports of event sales and revenue.
  10. Train and supervise event staff to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
  11. Contribute to the overall success of the company by actively participating in team meetings and providing input and ideas.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and ensure they are followed by event staff.
  13. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and act as a brand ambassador.
  14. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  15. Collaborate with other Event Sales Managers to share best practices and drive overall company success.

  • Experience In Event Planning And Sales: A Successful Event Sales Manager At Dave & Buster's Should Have Prior Experience In Event Planning And Sales, With A Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Successfully Executing Events.
