Job Description

As a Justice Solutions Program Liaison at CVS Health, you will be a key player in the development and execution of programs that advance our commitment to social justice and equity. This position requires creative problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think outside-the-box to identify and implement solutions that improve our communities. If you possess a passion for serving in an innovative role that advances social responsibility, we want to hear from you!To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of three years of experience working in community-focused programs, preferably in the areas of criminal justice and/or justice system reform. You must also possess a working knowledge of data and analytics, and the ability to develop and implement complex initiatives that have a lasting impact. Excellent interpersonal skills, superior organizational ability, and a demonstrated commitment to equity and social justice are also required. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute innovative programs that advance CVS Health’s commitment to social justice and equity.
  2. Utilize creative problem-solving skills to identify and implement solutions that improve our communities.
  3. Analyze data and develop complex initiatives that have a lasting impact.
  4. Maintain and build relationships with stakeholders in the criminal justice and/or justice system reform fields.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful program implementation.
  6. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and progress.
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  8. Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate program outcomes.
  9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  10. Build and sustain a culture of equity, respect, and inclusion.
