  11. Assist in coordinating and scheduling appointments and services for patients.
  12. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Fluency In Two Or More Languages: As A Bilingual Case Management Coordinator, Proficiency In Multiple Languages Is Essential In Order To Effectively Communicate With Patients And Healthcare Providers From Diverse Backgrounds.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field: Cvs Health Requires A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Or Nursing For This Position.

  • Experience In Case Management: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Case Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting. This Includes Knowledge Of Insurance Coverage, Medical Terminology, And Patient Care Coordination.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Ability To Build Rapport And Effectively Communicate With Patients, Providers, And Other Healthcare Professionals Is Crucial In This Role. This Includes Active Listening, Empathy, And Cultural Sensitivity.
