The successful candidate will be a self-starter, capable of managing multiple projects and working with a variety of stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis, real estate investment and development, and be comfortable working with large datasets. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, and experience in the real estate industry would be an asset. The individual should also have knowledge of financial modelling and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to a non-financial audience. Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
