  1. Conduct energy efficiency projects in a hands-on manner.
  2. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while on the job.
  3. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  4. Learn and utilize industry-specific tools and equipment.
  5. Assist in the installation and maintenance of energy efficient products.
  6. Operate various equipment and machinery, such as drills and saws.
  7. Travel to different job sites as needed.
