- Conduct evaluations of community impact programs and initiatives to assess their effectiveness and impact on the local community.
- Analyze and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and patterns related to community health and well-being.
- Develop and implement data collection and evaluation plans for new and existing community programs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify key metrics and indicators of success for community impact initiatives.
- Create reports and presentations to communicate evaluation findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain databases to track program data and generate reports for evaluation purposes.
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of community impact programs.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and program evaluation to inform decision-making.
- Communicate with community partners and stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into evaluation processes.
- Train and mentor staff on data collection and analysis techniques to ensure accuracy and consistency in evaluation efforts.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for effectively measuring and communicating the impact of community programs.
- Support fundraising efforts by providing data and evaluation findings to potential donors.
- Act as a representative of the hospital and its community impact initiatives at events and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive data and information in accordance with hospital policies and protocols.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Public Health, Social Work, Or Statistics.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Program Evaluation, Data Analysis, And/Or Community Engagement.
Knowledge Of Qualitative And Quantitative Research Methods And Experience With Data Collection Tools And Software.
Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Work Independently While Also Collaborating With A Multidisciplinary Team.
Understanding Of Healthcare Systems And Their Impact On Community Health Outcomes, Particularly In Pediatric Populations.
