Catalent is seeking a Senior Manager of Human Resources to oversee our Clinical and Specialty Services division. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of HR professionals and implementing strategic initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward and shaping our culture. To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in HR, preferably within the clinical or pharmaceutical industry, and possess exceptional leadership and communication skills.   1. Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to attract, retain and develop top talent within the Clinical and Specialty Services division.
  2. Oversee a team of HR professionals and provide guidance, support and coaching to ensure their success.
  3. Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and develop HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  4. Manage and continuously improve the recruitment, onboarding and retention processes to ensure a diverse and high-performing workforce.
  5. Develop and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and career progression.
  6. Proactively identify and address employee relations issues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  7. Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures and regulations.
  8. Act as a key member of the HR leadership team, providing input and driving initiatives that support the overall HR strategy.
  9. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance HR programs and processes.
  11. Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with Catalent's values and mission.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and drive company-wide initiatives.
  13. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and understanding of HR strategies and initiatives.
  14. Manage and monitor the HR budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
  15. Represent the company and HR department in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • At Least 10 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Management Role, With A Focus On Clinical And Specialty Services.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures, As Well As Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies To Support Business Objectives.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Employees At All Levels.
