Security Manager

The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to think creatively and work independently. The Security Manager should also have experience managing a security team, developing and implementing security policies and procedures, and investigating security incidents.Additionally, the successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Computer Science, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a security role. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of CACI International and its employees.
2. Lead a security team to successfully fulfill security objectives.
3. Investigate security incidents and ensure regulations are met.
4. Maintain current knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, as well as security technologies.
5. Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including staff, customers, and vendors.
6. Train and mentor security staff to ensure best practices are followed.
7. Monitor the security environment to proactively identify and address potential security risks.
8. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure alignment with security goals.
9. Respond to security-related emergencies, as needed.
10. Create and maintain accurate documentation of security policies, procedures, and incidents.
