  1. Design and develop data warehouse and reporting solutions to support critical business processes.
  2. Maintain and optimize existing data warehouse and reporting solutions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in data and provide valuable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  5. Create and maintain documentation for data warehouse and reporting solutions.
  6. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Business Intelligence tools and techniques.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to data warehouse and reporting solutions.
  8. Develop and implement data quality and governance processes to ensure data integrity.
  9. Communicate with stakeholders to gather and understand their reporting and data needs.
  10. Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions.
  11. Train and support end-users on the proper use of data warehouse and reporting solutions.
  12. Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
  14. Proactively identify and propose solutions for improving data management processes and procedures.
  15. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data warehouse and reporting solutions are integrated with other systems.
  16. Act as a subject matter expert on business intelligence tools, techniques, and best practices.
  17. Participate in project planning and provide accurate time and resource estimates.
  18. Adhere to company policies and procedures while performing job duties.
  19. Mentor and train junior team members on business intelligence development and best practices.
  20. Contribute to the overall success of the organization by providing valuable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Data Warehousing And Business Intelligence Development.

  • Proficiency In Sql, Database Management, And Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Resolve Complex Data-Related Issues.

  • Knowledge Of Insurance Industry And Related Data Structures Is Preferred.
