Service Delivery Manager

At Atos, we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. This position requires a self-motivated individual who is highly organized and has excellent project management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full life cycle of service delivery, from initial customer engagement to ongoing maintenance and support.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have an in-depth knowledge of service delivery process and best practices. They should have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a service delivery manager, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Certification in Project Management is highly desirable. The candidate must have excellent customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. They should be able to work independently and with a team, and have a demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
