Quality Assurance Lead

Lead for testing and quality assurance projects. Accountable for QA/Testing portion of project deliverables (i.e. test plans, results, budgets, schedules and quality). Promote and enforce adherence to Software Quality Standards. Ensure proper execution and completion of testing. Responsible for leading quality assurance projects in accordance with the overall testing strategy including, methods, procedures and technologies associated with all phases of testing with an emphasis on scripting, automation and driving efficiencies that enable speed to market. Lead quality assurance projects in accordance with the Testing Life Cycle Management Process. Provide reporting and communication around Testing and QA Center performance, accomplishments, issues, utilization, finances, etc. Ensure QA projects meet Testing and QA Service Level Agreement (SLA) and requirements. Test environment and Test Data Management to ensure adequate test environments and data quality and security. Promote a collaborative team environment with team members, line of business and other IT colleagues to certify testing coverage is sufficient to ensure integrity of the production environment and the business processes. Lead acquisition, implementation, integration, and administration of testing tools. Oversee prevention and quick resolution of testing issues.
