  1. Conduct thorough analysis of Medicare policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely support for members.
  2. Utilize strong knowledge of healthcare systems and regulations to effectively assist members with navigating complex healthcare processes.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to members, displaying empathy and understanding of their individual needs.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in Medicare policies and communicate updates to team members and management.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance member experience.
  6. Accurately document interactions and maintain detailed records of member inquiries and resolutions.
  7. Communicate effectively with members, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely and accurate resolution of issues.
  8. Proactively identify opportunities to improve member satisfaction and work towards achieving high levels of member retention.
  9. Adhere to all compliance and regulatory guidelines to ensure the highest level of quality and ethical standards.
  10. Participate in training and development programs to continuously enhance knowledge and skills related to Medicare policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Psychology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Employee Assistance Programs (Eap) And/Or Work-Life Services.

  • Knowledge Of Medicare Regulations And Policies.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
