- Conduct thorough analysis of Medicare policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely support for members.
- Utilize strong knowledge of healthcare systems and regulations to effectively assist members with navigating complex healthcare processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to members, displaying empathy and understanding of their individual needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in Medicare policies and communicate updates to team members and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance member experience.
- Accurately document interactions and maintain detailed records of member inquiries and resolutions.
- Communicate effectively with members, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely and accurate resolution of issues.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve member satisfaction and work towards achieving high levels of member retention.
- Adhere to all compliance and regulatory guidelines to ensure the highest level of quality and ethical standards.
- Participate in training and development programs to continuously enhance knowledge and skills related to Medicare policies and procedures.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Psychology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Employee Assistance Programs (Eap) And/Or Work-Life Services.
Knowledge Of Medicare Regulations And Policies.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
