  1. Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude as they enter the restaurant.
  2. Provide prompt and efficient service to customers in a timely manner.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring a pleasant environment for customers.
  4. Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards and customer orders.
  5. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  6. Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have.
  7. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure food quality and safety.
  8. Monitor and restock inventory levels to ensure product availability.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
  10. Uphold the company's mission and values by consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
  11. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  12. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  13. Attend staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Previous Restaurant Or Food Service Experience: A Successful Candidate For The Restaurant Associate Job At 7-Eleven Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Restaurant Or Food Service Setting. This Could Include Roles Such As Server, Bartender, Or Cook.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: As A Restaurant Associate, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Interacting With Customers And Ensuring Their Satisfaction. Therefore, Excellent Customer Service Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Knowledge Of Food Safety And Hygiene: 7-Eleven Takes Food Safety And Hygiene Seriously, So The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of These Principles. This Could Include Having A Food Handler's Certificate Or Previous Training In Food Safety.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Working At 7-Eleven Can Be Fast-Paced And Demanding, Especially During Peak Meal Times. The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Efficiently And Effectively Under Pressure.

  • Team Player: As Part Of A Larger Convenience Store Team, The Restaurant Associate Should Be A Strong Team Player. This Includes Being Willing To Help Out In Other Areas When Needed And Communicating Effectively With Other Team Members.
