Job Description

Develop visual content and assets focused on eCommerce digital channels, including digital commerce experiences, distributor websites, eCommerce mobile apps, social, paid media, email, etc. Understand and apply eCommerce best practices and product storytelling. Produce a large amount of optimized content and creative output within reasonable but tight timelines. Work with a range of image and visual assets of varying types and qualities to produce engaging customer purchase journeys via digital commerce. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop optimized content to be reviewed by portfolio and technical experts. Apply ideation and emerging industry practices to bring greater innovation and engagement to 3M product content (ie 3D Modeling, AR, VR, Metaverse, etc). Manage timelines and prioritization of workload, and maintain organized content files.

Job Qualifications

  • Three (3) years related professional experience in a production environment

  • Understanding of eCommerce principles and best practices, integrated marketing communications, digital marketing principles

  • Technically proficient with the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
