- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at marquee automotive accounts.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for marquee accounts, providing expert knowledge and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for marquee account growth and success.
- Proactively identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive innovation and inform business strategies.
- Lead technical discussions and presentations with marquee account customers to articulate the value and capabilities of 3M’s products and solutions.
- Work closely with sales teams to identify new business opportunities within existing marquee accounts and develop plans to capture them.
- Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and evaluations to showcase 3M’s technology and its impact on marquee account operations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on 3M’s automotive products and technologies, providing technical guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics for marquee accounts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements, and regulations related to the automotive market, and incorporate them into marquee account strategies.
- Mentor and train junior team members on technical aspects and best practices for managing marquee accounts.
- Represent 3M at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential marquee account customers and showcase our company’s capabilities.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while representing 3M in a professional and positive manner.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Automotive Industry, Preferably In A Technical Or Engineering Role.
Strong Understanding Of Automotive Manufacturing Processes And Systems.
Experience In Project Management, Including Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Timelines And Budgets.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
