- Oversee and lead the company's SOX compliance program.
- Conduct thorough and detailed assessments of current internal controls and identify any potential gaps or areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any issues or risks related to SOX compliance.
- Monitor and track changes in SOX regulations and update internal controls accordingly.
- Train and educate employees on SOX principles and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all SOX-related processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and testing to ensure effectiveness of internal controls.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and provide insights for process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and provide guidance on how to enhance the company's SOX program.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for all SOX-related inquiries and projects.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sarbanes-Oxley (Sox) Compliance, Preferably In A Senior Or Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of Internal Controls And Experience Developing And Implementing Sox Policies And Procedures.
Proven Ability To Lead And Manage Cross-Functional Teams And Work Collaboratively With Various Departments.
Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Communicate Potential Risks And Areas For Improvement To Senior Management.
