Zendesk is seeking a Commercial Account Executive who will be responsible for driving revenue and customer success in assigned geographic and/or vertical territories.The ideal candidate should have experience in the software industry, a successful track record of exceeding sales goals, and a passion for delivering world-class customer service. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow revenue in assigned geographic and/or vertical territories.
  2. Identify customer needs and develop and execute plans to meet them.
  3. Build relationships with customers to identify new opportunities and close deals.
  4. Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure customer success.
  5. Track and report on sales performance metrics.
  6. Develop and maintain knowledge of Zendesk products, services, and industry trends.
  7. Present Zendesk solutions to customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
  8. Foster customer loyalty and build long-term relationships.
