Sr. Financial Accountant

Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced and motivated Sr. Financial Accountant to join our team and lead our financial accounting initiatives. Responsibilities:

1. Maintain the accuracy of the company’s financial statements and review internal controls.
2. Serve as a leader to the accounting team and assist them with their daily tasks.
3. Monitor and analyze financial data and make sound decisions based on analysis.
4. Manage and review the day-to-day financial activities of the company.
5. Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
6. Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
7. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Maintain relationships with external auditors and other financial institutions.
9. Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
10. Monitor the performance of the accounting team and provide guidance and training when needed.
