You will create networking, datacenter management, and related content for new and experienced virtualized platform administrators. You will collaborate with software developers, product managers, information architects, quality assurance engineers, and technical support engineers to develop content. You will work both individually and on a team to design and create content. You will create documentation designs, plans, and schedules. You will create from-scratch content, update existing content, and to respond to customer feedback. You will develop optimal architectural approaches that enable a seamless documentation experience focused on customer success. You will storyboard and script videos on key product technology, concepts, and tasks. You will use DITA and Oxygen to author high quality material on schedule. You might create Web pages and other collateral in HTML.
