3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their sourcing needs and requirements, and provide guidance and recommendations on sourcing strategies.
4. Manage the end-to-end sourcing process, from supplier identification and selection to contract negotiation and implementation.
5. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
6. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
7. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the sourcing process and increase efficiency.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in strategic sourcing, and make recommendations for incorporating these into our sourcing strategies.
9. Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management on sourcing activities, savings, and supplier performance.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant laws and regulations, in all sourcing activities.
