  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the fund accounting and administration teams.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely processing of fund transactions and financial reporting for clients.
  3. Utilize expertise in finance and accounting to effectively manage fund operations and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and standards related to fund accounting and administration.
  5. Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to improve the overall effectiveness of the fund accounting and administration teams.
  6. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  7. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  8. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to ensure seamless integration of fund accounting and administration processes.
  9. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns related to fund operations.
  10. Prepare and present financial reports to management and clients.
  11. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to fund operations.
  12. Continuously assess and improve the quality and accuracy of fund accounting and administration services.
  13. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in fund accounting and administration.
  14. Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  15. Actively contribute to the overall success and growth of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Fund Accounting And Administration, Preferably In A Financial Institution Or Asset Management Firm.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Accounting Principles And Financial Reporting Regulations, Including Gaap And Ifrs.

  • Excellent Managerial And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Prioritize Tasks.

  • Experience With Various Fund Structures And Investment Products, Such As Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, And Private Equity Funds.
