- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the fund accounting and administration teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of fund transactions and financial reporting for clients.
- Utilize expertise in finance and accounting to effectively manage fund operations and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and standards related to fund accounting and administration.

- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to ensure seamless integration of fund accounting and administration processes.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns related to fund operations.
- Prepare and present financial reports to management and clients.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to fund operations.
- Continuously assess and improve the quality and accuracy of fund accounting and administration services.
- Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in fund accounting and administration.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Actively contribute to the overall success and growth of the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Fund Accounting And Administration, Preferably In A Financial Institution Or Asset Management Firm.
Strong Knowledge Of Accounting Principles And Financial Reporting Regulations, Including Gaap And Ifrs.
Excellent Managerial And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Prioritize Tasks.
Experience With Various Fund Structures And Investment Products, Such As Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, And Private Equity Funds.
