  1. Develop engaging and effective training content that meets the needs of our diverse workforce.
  2. Simplify complex concepts and turn them into user-friendly learning materials.
  3. Use instructional design principles to create training programs that align with adult learning principles.
  4. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information and identify training needs.
  5. Design and develop training materials, including presentations, videos, e-learning modules, and job aids.
  6. Ensure all training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with company policies and procedures.
  7. Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness to make necessary improvements.
  8. Revise and update existing training materials as needed.
  9. Monitor and track training completion and provide reports to management.
  10. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in training and instructional design.
  11. Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  12. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the training program to meet the changing needs of the organization.
  14. Provide support and guidance to employees in regards to training resources and materials.
  15. Uphold the organization's mission and values in all training materials and interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Instructional Design, Education, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Developing And Delivering Training Content

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies

  • Proficiency In E-Learning Authoring Tools Such As Articulate Storyline Or Adobe Captivate

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills And Ability To Collaborate With Subject Matter Experts And Stakeholders.
