- Revise and update existing training materials as needed.
- Monitor and track training completion and provide reports to management.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in training and instructional design.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the training program to meet the changing needs of the organization.
- Provide support and guidance to employees in regards to training resources and materials.
- Uphold the organization's mission and values in all training materials and interactions.
Bachelor's Degree In Instructional Design, Education, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Developing And Delivering Training Content
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies
Proficiency In E-Learning Authoring Tools Such As Articulate Storyline Or Adobe Captivate
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills And Ability To Collaborate With Subject Matter Experts And Stakeholders.
