As a Tire & Battery Technician, you will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of tires and batteries for our members. Responsibilities: • Install, maintain, and repair tires and batteries for Sam’s Club members. • Ensure that all installations, repairs, and maintenance are completed in accordance with applicable safety regulations and procedures. • Provide exceptional customer service to members, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a friendly and professional manner. • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with tires and batteries. • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on tires and batteries. • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all tire and battery installations, repairs, and maintenance. • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors. • Follow all safety protocols while performing all job duties.
