Are you a sales professional with a passion for advertising? We at Sam’s Club are looking for a Senior Manager - Advertising Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our advertising sales team to exceed targets and drive growth. We’re looking for a motivated leader who is comfortable making decisions and working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, as well as five years of sales and advertising experience. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to think creatively to come up with innovative solutions to challenges. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets and drive growth.
  2. Lead the advertising sales team and manage their activities.
  3. Analyze sales data and develop actionable insights to help optimize sales performance.
  4. Monitor customer trends and competitors’ activities to identify potential opportunities.
  5. Develop innovative solutions to challenges and provide creative ideas for campaigns.
  6. Build strong relationships with clients and partners to promote business growth.
  7. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and changes and implement best practices.
  8. Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  10. Collaborate with other teams to ensure campaigns are successful.
