Backroom Associate

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the accuracy of incoming stock
• Assist in the organization and stocking of shelves and backroom areas
• Restock merchandise when needed
• Unload trucks and check in merchandise
• Locate and restock merchandise in backroom areas
• Monitor inventory to ensure products are in stock
• Assist in the training and development of new employees
• Respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
