Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a small business sales team, developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  2. Develop and implement customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales trends, metrics, and performance to identify areas of improvement for the team.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
  5. Provide mentorship and training to team members to ensure success.
  6. Develop sales forecasts and track progress towards meeting goals.
  7. Create and implement sales policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  8. Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance and progress.
