  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and establish a strong presence in the Middle East and Africa market for ICIS products and services.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the MEA region through market research, networking, and building relationships with potential clients.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients and effectively address their business needs.
  5. Conduct regular market analysis and stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
  6. Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of ICIS products and services.
  7. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable and sustainable business relationships.
  8. Plan and attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote ICIS and expand our network in the MEA region.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and potential business opportunities to the management team.
  10. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the customer experience and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for Relx and ICIS, promoting our values and mission to clients and industry professionals.
  12. Collaborate with other Business Development Managers and internal teams to share best practices, knowledge, and resources for achieving company goals.
