6. Monitor and track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in quality assurance and incorporate them into the company's processes and procedures.
8. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project status, issues, and risks.
9. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues related to product quality.
10. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of QA processes, procedures, and results.

14. Participate in the recruitment and selection process for new QA team members.
