- Lead the implementation of Dayforce payroll management system for clients, ensuring a smooth and successful transition from their current payroll processes.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique payroll needs and tailor the Dayforce system accordingly.
- Analyze and assess client payroll processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to streamline and optimize their payroll operations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation process, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Conduct training sessions for client personnel on how to use the Dayforce system effectively and efficiently.
- Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the implementation process, working closely with the Dayforce technical support team.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest payroll trends and best practices to continuously improve the implementation process.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients after the implementation is complete, ensuring their continued satisfaction with the Dayforce system.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Dayforce and its capabilities, both internally and externally, to promote the system and attract new clients.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Payroll Processes And Regulations.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Implementing Dayforce Payroll Software.
Excellent Communication And Client-Facing Skills.
Certified Payroll Professional (Cpp) Designation Preferred.
