  1. Work with clients to understand their current payroll processes and provide recommendations for improvement using Dayforce Payroll.
  2. Implement Dayforce Payroll for clients, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to their operations.
  3. Train clients on how to effectively use Dayforce Payroll and provide ongoing support to address any questions or concerns.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks during the implementation process.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in payroll, and proactively share this knowledge with clients to help them stay ahead of the curve.
  6. Develop strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor, providing exceptional customer service and building long-term partnerships.
  7. Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates, gather requirements, and address any concerns throughout the implementation process.
  8. Use data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to optimize clients' payroll processes.
  9. Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure that Dayforce Payroll is functioning accurately and meeting client needs.
  10. Continuously assess and improve upon PwC's Dayforce Payroll implementation methodology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on Dayforce Payroll and share knowledge with colleagues to support their professional development.
  12. Demonstrate a commitment to excellence and drive innovation within the team and the organization as a whole.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Implementing Dayforce Payroll For Medium To Large-Sized Organizations.

  • Strong Understanding Of Payroll Processes And Regulations, Including Federal And State Tax Laws.

  • Ability To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Manage Project Timelines, And Troubleshoot Technical Issues.

  • Certified Dayforce Hcm Consultant (Cdhc) Or Other Relevant Certifications In Human Capital Management Systems.
