  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive product vision and strategy for the FinTech Platform, in line with the overall company goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities in the FinTech industry, and use this information to continuously improve the product.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to define product requirements and prioritize feature development.
  4. Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
  5. Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, user-friendly solutions.
  6. Use data and analytics to track product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize and improve the product.
  7. Act as a liaison between different departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication throughout the product development process.
  8. Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand customer needs and pain points, and use this information to inform product enhancements.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in FinTech, and use this knowledge to drive innovation and competitive advantage for the product.
  10. Mentor and coach junior product team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  11. Represent the FinTech Platform product internally and externally, including at conferences, industry events, and client meetings.
  12. Collaborate with the sales team to develop product positioning and messaging, and support them in product demos and pitches to potential clients.
  13. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards in the development and launch of the product.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve the product management process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Finance, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Fintech Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Erp Systems And Ai Technology, With Knowledge Of Their Application In The Financial Sector.

  • Experience In Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams, Including Developers, Designers, And Data Analysts.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
