- Oversee all aspects of safety reporting for clinical trials, ensuring timely and accurate submission of safety reports to regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company standards for safety reporting.
- Continuously monitor and analyze safety data to identify potential risks and trends, and develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of safety reporting tasks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for safety reporting inquiries and escalations, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Train and mentor junior safety reporting team members to ensure adherence to best practices and company standards.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other relevant documents related to safety reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in pharmacovigilance regulations and guidelines, and incorporate them into safety reporting processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of safety reporting.
- Communicate safety reporting updates and key metrics to internal stakeholders and management.
- Act as a subject matter expert on safety reporting, providing guidance and support to other departments as needed.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless safety reporting processes.
- Lead safety reporting meetings and present safety data to internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of safety and compliance within the organization through effective communication and training initiatives.
- Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmacy, Nursing, Or Life Sciences.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Drug Safety, Pharmacovigilance, Or Related Field.
Extensive Knowledge Of Global Safety Regulations And Guidelines, Including Fda And Ich.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Handle Complex Safety Data.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Interacting With Regulatory Agencies.
