Home Stylist

We are looking for an experienced and talented Home Stylist to join our team at Pottery Barn! Our Home Stylists are responsible for creating beautiful and inspiring vignettes in our stores to help customers visualize the possibilities of their own homes. We are looking for someone who is passionate about home decor, has a great eye for design, and is an excellent communicator.The ideal candidate for this role will have a 2+ years of experience in interior design, furniture showroom, or home decor store. They must be knowledgeable about the latest trends in home decor and have the ability to create inviting and inspiring displays. They must also be customer-oriented, organized, and highly detail-oriented. Finally, they must have a friendly and professional demeanor and be able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

1. Create beautiful, inspiring vignettes in Pottery Barn stores
2. Remain up to date on the latest trends in home decor
3. Communicate effectively with customers and other store personnel
4. Create inviting and inspiring displays
5. Maintain an organized and professional workspace
6. Work with minimal supervision
7. Ensure all home styling projects are completed within given timelines
8. Use excellent design skills to create displays that are both visually pleasing and reflective of the store’s brand
9. Provide excellent customer service
10. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
