- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Pottery Barn and its values to customers.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences and provide personalized design solutions.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and design techniques to continuously improve design services.
- Maintain a clean and organized design studio for an inviting and professional atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure smooth operations and positive customer experiences.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and enthusiasm to contribute to the success of the team.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
- Actively listen to customer feedback and use it to improve design services.
- Provide excellent follow-up and follow-through to ensure customer satisfaction and build customer relationships.
Bachelor's Degree In Interior Design, Graphic Design, Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Design Principles, Color Theory, And Space Planning.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Design-Related Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Home Decor Setting.
Proficiency In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite And Autocad.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With A Keen Eye For Detail And The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Projects.
