- Develop and drive the overall strategy and roadmap for technical products within the company.
- Lead cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality technical products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to gather feedback and incorporate it into product development.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology to inform the direction of future products.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities for growth and product differentiation.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and continuously monitor and improve products post-launch.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for technical products and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Ensure that all technical products meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the team and encourage new ideas and approaches.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior product managers, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure efficient and cost-effective product development.
- Communicate product updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including customers and partners.
Bachelor's Degree In A Technical Field Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Information Systems.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In A Technical Capacity.
Strong Understanding Of Agile Development Methodologies And Experience Working In Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Technical Products From Conception To Launch.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
