  1. Develop and implement an internal audit plan to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Lead and manage a team of auditors to conduct audits of various departments and processes within the company.
  3. Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and provide guidance on corrective actions.
  4. Collaborate with other teams within the company to identify potential risks and implement controls to mitigate them.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in internal audit to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  6. Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  7. Provide training and support to employees on internal control procedures and risk management.
  8. Conduct periodic reviews of company policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with industry standards and regulations.
  9. Coordinate with external auditors and regulators to facilitate audits and ensure timely and accurate information is provided.
  10. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Internal Audit, Preferably In A Multinational Corporation Or Gaming Industry.

  • Professional Certifications Such As Certified Internal Auditor (Cia) Or Certified Public Accountant (Cpa).

  • Strong Knowledge Of Internal Control Frameworks And Risk Assessment Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Project Management Skills.
