- Develop and implement an internal audit plan to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead and manage a team of auditors to conduct audits of various departments and processes within the company.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and provide guidance on corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to identify potential risks and implement controls to mitigate them.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in internal audit to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Provide training and support to employees on internal control procedures and risk management.
- Conduct periodic reviews of company policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulators to facilitate audits and ensure timely and accurate information is provided.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Internal Audit, Preferably In A Multinational Corporation Or Gaming Industry.
Professional Certifications Such As Certified Internal Auditor (Cia) Or Certified Public Accountant (Cpa).
Strong Knowledge Of Internal Control Frameworks And Risk Assessment Methodologies.
