The openings span clinical, administrative, and support services, including nurses, medical assistants, radiology technologists, pharmacy technicians, and food service leaders.
Openings are spread across multiple campuses, with postings at sites from Erie to Harrisburg and Pittsburgh to Mechanicsburg, plus opportunities in nearby New Castle, Jamestown (NY), Cumberland (MD), and Steubenville (OH). Examples include an MRI CT Tech Assistant in Erie; Sr. Professional Staff Nurse II in Mechanicsburg; and a Team Leader for Food Service at Kamin Tower in Pittsburgh.
At the same time, the data shows 382 positions were removed during the period, resulting in a net decrease of 38 jobs for the period. UPMC says staffing changes reflect adjustments to meet shifting patient care needs across campuses.
