Synovus Expands Hiring Across Regions, Net Increase

Synovus released its latest hiring activity, listing 25 new job postings across a broad range of roles and markets. Openings cover consumer and commercial banking functions, including financial specialists, office leaders, financial advisors, risk and operations roles, and technology positions, with postings in Huntsville, Macon, Newnan, Tallahassee, Atlanta, Roswell, Montgomery, and additional markets.

In addition, the update shows 17 positions were removed, resulting in a net gain of eight roles. The openings reflect continued expansion across regions and business lines, spanning locations such as Mt Juliet, Columbus, Sandy Springs, Phenix City, and remote roles like USDA Closing Advisor support. Key positions include Financial Specialist, Office Leader, Financial Advisor, Release Manager, Data Architect, Structured Lending Analyst, and Treasury Management Advisor, signaling investment in both customer-facing and back-end capabilities.
