SpaceX is expanding its hiring with 28 new openings across sites in California, Texas, Washington, Tennessee, and beyond. Roles range from engineering and testing to business development and security, including Ark Vessel Assistant Engineer in Long Beach; Avionics Test Technician (Space Simulation Test Lab) in Hawthorne; and EEE Failure Analysis Engineer (Starlink) in Redmond. Other postings cover legal, IT, materials, and leadership positions tied to Starlink, Starshield, and related programs, such as Sr. Software Engineer, Network Observability (Starlink) in Hawthorne and Sr. High-Speed Electro-Optical IC Engineer (RFIC Engineering) in Palo Alto.
SpaceX also removed 31 positions across multiple facilities, producing a net decrease of three roles. The removals accompany the recruiting push as the company realigns teams around Starlink, Starship, and other initiatives.
